Robyn Neto

Robyn has been with CT Elite as our Head Goalie Coach and Goalie Specialist since the beginning, bringing more than 18 years of experience developing goalkeepers throughout Fairfield County.

Widely respected for her technical expertise and individualized approach to coaching, Robyn has mentored countless goalkeepers who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Among her former athletes are NCAA National Champion Amanda Hendry and Morgan Connors, who continued her career at William & Mary.

In addition to her role with CT Elite, Robyn serves as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at King School, where she continues to develop goalkeepers and student-athletes at the varsity level.

As a player, Robyn competed as a Division I goalkeeper at Sacred Heart University, where she built the strong technical foundation and competitive mindset that she now instills in every athlete she coaches.

Robyn is passionate about helping goalkeepers develop confidence, resilience, and the technical skills needed to succeed at every level of the game. Her years of experience, commitment to player development, and ability to build meaningful relationships have made her one of the area’s most respected goalkeeper coaches.
