Head Goalie Coach / Goalie Specialist
Robyn has been with CT Elite as our Head Goalie Coach and Goalie Specialist since the beginning, bringing more than 18 years of experience developing goalkeepers throughout Fairfield County.
Widely respected for her technical expertise and individualized approach to coaching, Robyn has mentored countless goalkeepers who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Among her former athletes are NCAA National Champion Amanda Hendry and Morgan Connors, who continued her career at William & Mary.
In addition to her role with CT Elite, Robyn serves as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at King School, where she continues to develop goalkeepers and student-athletes at the varsity level.
As a player, Robyn competed as a Division I goalkeeper at Sacred Heart University, where she built the strong technical foundation and competitive mindset that she now instills in every athlete she coaches.
Robyn is passionate about helping goalkeepers develop confidence, resilience, and the technical skills needed to succeed at every level of the game. Her years of experience, commitment to player development, and ability to build meaningful relationships have made her one of the area’s most respected goalkeeper coaches.
Head Goalie Coach / Goalie Specialist
Kim joined CT Elite in the Spring of 2025 as our Head Goalie Coach and Goalie Specialist. She brings over a decade of coaching experience in elite private schools and competitive club environments, where she has worked with athletes at the highest levels of field hockey, specializing in goalkeeping. In addition to her coaching expertise, Kim is also a Life Coach and College Prep & Mindset Mentor, bringing a well-rounded approach to athlete development.
Kim currently serves as the Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Greenwich Country Day School and is the Goalie Coach for both Wesleyan and Hofstra University. She is also the Founder of Kim Kastuk Coaching LLC.
Prior to joining Greenwich Country Day School, Kim was the Head Field Hockey Coach at Houston Christian High School (2023–2024) and the Head Field Hockey Coach and Director of Community Outreach for Houston Velocity Field Hockey Club (2022–2023). She also served as the Director of Goalkeeping for Texas Pride (2019–2021) and Associate Head Coach at The Kinkaid School, helping lead one of the nation’s top-10 ranked programs (2019–2021).
Following a successful collegiate career, Kim was named to the USA National Development Squad in 2011. She began her collegiate career at Boston University, where she earned America East Rookie of the Year honors in 2007 and America East Goalkeeper of the Year in 2008. She then transferred to the University of Virginia, where she was the starting goalkeeper for the NCAA Final Four teams in 2009 and 2010. During that time, she was also named an All-American by FieldHockeyCorner.com.
Goalie Coach
Julia joined CT Elite as a Goalie Coach in 2023, bringing collegiate playing experience and a passion for developing the next generation of goalkeepers.
She currently serves as the Varsity Goalie Coach at New Canaan High School after spending the previous season as the Rams’ Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach.
Julia attended Bowdoin College, competing as a goalkeeper for the nationally recognized Polar Bears. During her collegiate career, she recorded three victories and two shutouts while earning NESCAC All-Academic Team honors in recognition of her success both on the field and in the classroom.
In addition to coaching with CT Elite, Julia is dedicated to helping goalkeepers develop the technical skills, confidence, and game awareness needed to succeed at every level. Her positive coaching style, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for player development make her a valued member of the CT Elite coaching staff.
Goalie Coach
Grace joined CT Elite as a Goalie Coach, bringing years of playing and coaching experience along with a passion for developing confident, technically sound goalkeepers.
Grace continued her playing career at Bowdoin College, where she competed as a goalkeeper for the nationally recognized Polar Bears. After graduating in 2019, she returned to her alma mater and now serves as an Assistant Varsity Field Hockey Coach and Goalie Coach at King School. In her role, she helps develop student-athletes while mentoring goalkeepers at the varsity level.
In addition to goalie coaching at King School, Grace serves as a Goalie Coach for CT Elite, where she works with athletes of all ages to improve their technical skills, confidence, and game awareness. Her experience as both a collegiate goalkeeper and coach allows her to provide individualized instruction while fostering a positive and competitive learning environment.
Goalie Coach
Brianna joined CT Elite as a Goalie Coach in 2025, bringing Division I playing experience and a passion for developing the next generation of goalkeepers.
Brianna currently competes as a goalkeeper for the Sacred Heart University Field Hockey program. Since arriving on campus, she has established herself as one of the top goalkeepers in the Northeast Conference, earning NEC Co-Goalkeeper of the Year honors and First Team All-NEC recognition. She has also been named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad, NEC Academic Honor Roll, and NEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, demonstrating her commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
